What you will do

As a Security Consulting Analyst, you will work closely with client teams and senior Accenture consultants on security advisory and transformation projects. This role focuses on analysis, consulting, and process optimization.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with client teams to analyze business and security requirements within security initiatives

  • Leveraging AI and agents to help client reinvent their business

  • Supporting delivery of projects across areas such as:

    • Information Security

    • Cyber Security

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Security Strategy

    • Risk, Compliance, and Data Protection

  • Contributing to security assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews

  • Supporting preparation of project documentation, reports, presentations, and proposals

  • Communicating across technical and business teams on possible solution approaches and impacts

  • Tracking project progress and supporting status reporting

  • Learning modern security frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices through hands‑on project work

Who we are looking for

We are looking for motivated people with a genuine interest in security and consulting, who enjoy working with clients and learning in a fast‑paced environment.

Required qualifications:

  • Strong interest in security or a specific security domain (e.g. Cyber Security, IAM, Risk & Compliance, Data Protection)

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with clients

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

  • Czech or Slovak at native or fluent level

  • University degree (technical field is an advantage)

Nice to have:

  • Basic experience or education related to IT, cybersecurity, or information security

  • Prior internship, project, or student experience in IT or consulting

  • Curiosity about new security trends, regulations, and technologies
