Job Title - AWS Mid Market Operations Lead - Global (Senior Manager) – Global Mid Market Management Level: 06 – Senior Manager Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Hyderabad Must have skills: Strong leadership experience in Cloud / AWS business operations within a global consulting or technology organization Proven ability to own and scale global operational cadence, governance, and performance management Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline, revenue, capacity, and utilization analytics Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Workforce, and Alliance teams Ability to convert complex operational data into clear executive insights and actions Good to have skills: Experience supporting AWS‑focused or hyperscaler alliance businesses Familiarity with Accenture systems such as MMS, QSO, MyScheduling, Power BI Experience leading operational transformation or process standardization initiatives Exposure to multi‑region operations (Americas, EMEA, APAC) Experience: 10–15 years of experience in cloud operations, business operations, analytics, or PMO roles 4+ years in senior leadership roles managing global operational portfolios Demonstrated experience partnering with MD / Executive leadership Proven track record of scaling operations for high‑growth cloud businesses Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred Job Summary: The Cloud (AWS) Operations Global Lead – Senior Manager (L6) is responsible for driving end‑to‑end operational excellence for Accenture’s AWS cloud business globally. The role owns business performance insights, forecasting, governance, and operational rhythm, enabling leadership to make data‑driven decisions while ensuring scalability, rigor, and alignment across regions. Roles & Responsibilities: Own and lead global AWS operations cadence, including forecasting, QBRs, pre‑close, and executive governance Drive standardization and continuous improvement of dashboards, metrics, and reporting Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across core operational systems Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Workforce, and AWS Alliance teams to provide integrated insights Identify performance trends, risks, and gaps; proactively recommend corrective actions Lead executive‑level communications through clear storytelling and decision‑ready insights Sponsor and lead strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and scale Professional & Technical Skills: Cloud & AWS Business Operations Advanced Analytics, Forecasting & Performance Management Executive Communication & Data Storytelling Global Stakeholder & Program Leadership Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI & reporting tools Additional Information: High‑visibility global role with frequent interaction with senior leadership Operates in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multi‑time‑zone environment Strong emphasis on inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement About Our Company | Accenture
