The Digital Growth Lead plays a critical role in identifying and unlocking growth opportunities for clients. This role focuses on analyzing business and digital performance to identify the most impactful areas for growth and directing Accenture’s multidisciplinary capabilities to pursue those opportunities.
The role will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to define growth hypotheses, shape transformation initiatives and guide execution programs. These engagements often involve combining Accenture’s capabilities across technology, design, business consulting and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Role Expectations:
The Digital Growth Lead operates as a growth consultant who combines business analysis, digital strategy and marketing expertise to drive measurable performance improvements for clients.
- Analyze client business performance and digital maturity to identify the most significant opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategic initiatives and work plans that align Accenture and client investments toward high-impact growth opportunities.
- Design and guide digital strategies across multiple domains including customer experience enhancement, media strategy, performance marketing and CRM engagement.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect media, customer experience and CRM engagement.
- Advise clients on capability uplift initiatives including marketing processes, digital capabilities and operational models.
- Work closely with Accenture delivery teams across technology, design, business consulting and operations to translate strategy into executable programs.
- Participate in and co-lead business planning discussions with client business leaders and internal leadership teams to review growth hypotheses and program performance.
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of transformation and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy or digital growth roles.
- Demonstrated experience driving growth initiatives on the client side or in consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of key digital strategy domains including customer experience, performance marketing, CRM engagement and integrated campaign planning.
- Ability to analyze business and digital performance data to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, data and operations teams.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within Banking, Retail or Telecommunications industries.
- Familiarity with marketing and media technologies and operational marketing platforms.
- Experience supporting strategic transformation or digital growth programs.
- Exposure to marketing analytics, performance measurement and digital experimentation practices.

They are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders on business strategy while also working closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into actionable programs.
