En APP trabajamos para codificar conocimiento funcional y de industria en activos de software valiosos y diferenciados, utilizados por clientes de Accenture y por ofertas orientadas al mercado dentro de las propias organizaciones de nuestros clientes.

En este rol, vas a ser una pieza clave para generar awareness (conocimiento) y producir leads calificados para los equipos de ventas, a través de contacto outbound (llamadas y email). Buscamos perfiles con excelente comunicación, foco en resultados y, sobre todo, dominio avanzado de alemán para interactuar fluidamente con audiencias internacionales.

📌 ¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Realizar llamadas salientes (outbound) y/o actividades por email para generar awareness sobre los productos y plataformas de Accenture (APP).
  • Identificar oportunidades y calificar leads (necesidad, interés, timing, fit), asegurando calidad y consistencia de la información.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para alinear mensajes, segmentación y enfoque de campañas.
  • Dar soporte a campañas internas para llegar a equipos de clientes de Accenture y fortalecer el posicionamiento de APP.
  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de interacciones y avances (seguimiento, próximos pasos, insights).
  • Gestionar múltiples iniciativas en paralelo, priorizando acciones de alto impacto y cumpliendo objetivos.
  • Trabajar con marcos Ágiles y enfoque orientado a valor para iterar y mejorar continuamente.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos? Requisitos excluyentes

  • Alemán avanzado/profesional (oral y escrito)excluyente.
  • Inglés avanzado/profesional (oral y escrito). — excluyente.
  • Locación: Buenos Aires - Tendrás que ir una vez a la semana a las oficinas ubicadas en Parque Patricios.
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en ventas, marketing o atención al cliente (idealmente en entornos B2B).
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en gestión de proyectos (coordinación, seguimiento, ejecución).
  • Estudios universitarios en curso/finalizados o equivalente (o al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral).
  • Excelente comunicación escrita, oral e interpersonal (capacidad de síntesis + claridad).
  • Fuerte presencia telefónica, escucha activa y capacidad para sostener conversaciones consultivas.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones de manera virtual y colaborar con equipos distribuidos.

Sumas puntos si además tenés

  • Conocimiento de Excel, PowerPoint y Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experiencia previa en telemarketing, retail o ventas (especialmente en entornos de alta interacción).
  • Experiencia trabajando con métricas (conversión, tasas de respuesta, pipeline, calidad de lead).
  • Familiaridad con procesos comerciales (lead lifecycle, handoff a ventas, campañas).
  • Proactividad, autonomía y mentalidad de mejora continua (testear, ajustar, escalar lo que funciona).
