Role Overview

As an Oracle Fusion UX / Redwood Manager, you will be responsible for driving user experience configuration and optimization across Oracle Fusion applications. You will lead UI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes, security frameworks, and enterprise design standards. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Redwood UX, including navigation, homepages, and role-based landing experiences
  • Manage and govern UI changes using Sandboxes and Oracle Fusion configuration tools, ensuring controlled and seamless deployments
  • Drive UX extensibility initiatives using tools such as Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
  • Align user experience configurations with security roles, business workflows, and approval hierarchies
  • Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable UX solutions
  • Oversee usability testing cycles, support UAT activities, and incorporate user feedback into continuous improvements
  • Assess quarterly Oracle release impacts and lead related UX enhancements and regression validations
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and best practices to junior team members and project stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications with strong focus on UX / Redwood experience
  • Proven hands-on expertise in configuring Redwood UI, navigation structures, and role-based personalization
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security model, roles, and access frameworks
  • Experience with Fusion application configuration, Sandboxes, and controlled UI deployment processes
  • Familiarity with UX extensibility tools such as Visual Builder / VBCS
  • Solid understanding of HCM and/or SCM business processes (HCM preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformations or digital UX modernization initiatives
  • Exposure to Oracle quarterly release management and impact assessment
  • Familiarity with integration touchpoints and broader Oracle ecosystem is a plus
