Manager / Senior Manager - Technology FS (Banking)
Jako Manager / Senior Manager – Banking Technology budete řídit a formovat dodávky komplexních technologických řešení pro bankovní klienty na českém trhu. Budete pomáhat modernizovat core bankovní systémy, digitální kanály, integrační a datové platformy a realizovat cloudové a transformační programy – s důrazem na hodnotu pro klienta, kvalitu a bezpečnost.
Role kombinuje programové/dodávkové řízení, solutioning a architektonický dohled a business development. Budete se podílet na deal shapingu, plánování řešení, tvorbě propozic a jednání s vedením bank, sponzory a klíčovými stakeholdery. Současně povedete multi-disciplinární týmy v lokálním i near/offshore modelu.
Hlavní odpovědnosti:
Client Advisory / Executive Stakeholder Management:
Vedení vztahů se stakeholdery bank na úrovni senior managementu (CIO/CTO, Head of Architecture, Head of Operations, business vlastníci).
Porozumění end-to-end bankovním procesům a jejich mapování do cílových schopností, produktového a technologického návrhu (front-to-back).
Řízení governance, očekávání, eskalací a komunikace napříč business/IT.
Deal Shaping / Proposition Development:
Identifikace transformačních příležitostí (core modernization, cloud migration, payments/integration modernization, digital onboarding, automation).
Tvorba propozic a business case: scope, roadmap, odhady, rizika, delivery model, komerční rámec.
Vedení RFP/RFI odpovědí, příprava a facilitace workshopů s klientem, prezentace solution návrhů a value.
Solution Design & Architecture Oversight:
Dohled nad návrhem architektury (aplikace, integrace, data, cloud), definice integračních standardů a API strategií, NFR, resiliency a security.
Zkušenosti s modernizací / replatformingem core bankovnictví a integrací na ekosystém (channels, CRM, DWH, risk, AML, payments, ESB/iPaaS).
Spolupráce s enterprise architekturou banky na cílovém blueprintu, migračních vlnách a cutover strategii.
Delivery / Program Leadership:
Řízení velkých technologických programů (waterfall i agile), multi-stream delivery, závislosti, QA, test strategie (SIT/UAT), cutover a hypercare.
Finanční řízení dodávek: budget, forecast, margin, change requests, kontrakty a řízení dodavatelů.
Koordinace lokálních, nearshore a offshore týmů a partnerů; nastavení efektivního delivery modelu.
People Leadership & Practice Growth:
Vedení a mentoring týmů (PM/BA/SA/Arch/Delivery), staffing, hiring a performance management.
Tvorba a sdílení best practices, budování banking technology assets a referenčních architektur.
Požadujeme:
8–12+ let zkušeností s technologickými dodávkami a/nebo poradenstvím v bankovnictví (ideálně kombinace consulting + delivery).
Prokazatelná znalost českého bankovního trhu a zkušenost s komunikací na úrovni managementu / sponzorů.
Silné porozumění bankovním procesům a provozu (účty a platby, úvěry, onboarding, customer servicing, risk & compliance, reporting) a jejich dopadu do IT.
Zkušenosti s core banking modernizací / replatformingem, cloud transformacemi a integrační architekturou (API, ESB/iPaaS, eventing; real‑time i batch).
Zkušenost s řízením waterfall i agile programů, rozpočtů, kvality, rizik a dodávkou v distributed týmech (on/near/offshore).
Výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti.
čeština/slovenština a angličtina na profesionální úrovni.
Výhodou:
Znalost core banking platforem/produktů (např. Temenos, Finacle, Mambu) nebo payment a integračních platforem.
Znalost regulací v bankovnictví (např. AML, PSD2/Open Banking) a zkušenosti s auditními a bezpečnostními požadavky.
Zkušenosti s DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE/observability, moderními integračními a datovými platformami.
Certifikace: Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, Scrum/SAFe.
