• Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria, Informatica o discipline STEM

• Interesse per tematiche di affidabilità dei sistemi, piattaforme digitali e IT engineering

• Conoscenza di base dei concetti di disponibilità, performance e resilienza; monitoraggio e osservabilità dei sistemi

• Familiarità con ambienti IT complessi e sistemi moderni

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese in contesto tecnico/progettuale.

Nice to have

• Esperienza, anche breve (stage o primo impiego), in Site Reliability Engineering; DevOps / Platform Engineering / IT Operations

• Familiarità con strumenti di monitoring, metriche e dashboard

• Conoscenza di base di automazione e scripting (es. shell, Python o simili)

• Comprensione dei principi di qualità del servizio (es. obiettivi di affidabilità e performance)

• Interesse o prime esperienze in contesti Industry / Manufacturing / Operations

• Esperienza in ambienti tecnologici complessi o servizi continuativi.
