Professional Skill Requirements

• Experience within a consulting (preferred) and/or banking firm is essential.

• More than 15 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas below:

• Regulatory change management focused on implementation of new regulatory requirements from local/global regulatory bodies and/or remediation of regulatory gaps.

• Client Lifecycle Management, inclusive of client classification, risk rating, KYC and Transaction Monitoring. Familiarity with FATF, MAS 626, and other applicable laws and regulations. Certifications in ACAMS preferred.

• Experience as an ex-regulator, or extensive experience liaising with the regulators on matters arising from AML/KYC/CFT is a must.

• Accredited trainings in Data Governance / Data Privacy (PDPA, GDPR) / Data Quality (BCBS 239).

• Proven track record in project delivery and change management.

• People management skills with proven experience in leading teams (including virtual and overseas teams) effectively

• Excellent communications skills to influence senior stakeholders

• Strong and agile problem-solving skills

• To perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into Accenture's staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and actively participate in building a practice and training in Accenture's R&C service line
