The Real Time Analyst:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure both contractual and operational reporting metrics for SLA s service level agreements and KPI s key performance indicators are delivered within agreed deadlines and at the required quality

  • Measure and report statistics of Operations Team to ensure that identified metrics, data analysis insights, etc. are being achieved

  • Comply with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to Interpret day to day business objectives and prepare and execute operational practices and work programs

  • Ensure proper execution of reporting processes by team, review all incoming work for clarity, provide clear work directions, e.g., receive requests for reporting assistance from the field, determine level of reporting assistance required and respond appropriately

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities

  • Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of reporting responsibilities and provide development opportunities, when available, with assistance from supervisor or workforce planner

  • Prepare and analyze complex reports information and formulate conclusions

  • Ensure that all the reporting deliverables occur in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreements

  • Act as reporting subject matter expert for team members, peers and or clients as assigned

Role Requirements:

  • This is an onsite role in Accenture’s downtown Austin office. You will be expected to relocate to and work in Austin, TX, and the pay range is set accordingly.

  • Must be flexible to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting of operations metrics

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a quality control environment

  • Strong practical experience with Excel pivot table, charts, statistical functions is essential OR working in a reporting environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality accurate reports within demanding timescales

  • Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
