The Reality Labs Wearables Demo team works closely with FTEs, hosts, and technical partners to execute demos of new and pre-release Wearables products. This team is responsible for demoing prototypes while supporting infrastructure development, building internal tools, and developing playbooks for demos. The role, Sr. Tech Demo Coordinator, requires a high level of technical proficiency, adaptability, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver exceptional demo experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel & Adaptability
On-site in Menlo Park, California 4 days/week.
Willing and able to travel 25% of time.
Comfortable navigating high-stress situations and reacting quickly to changes in scope.
Demo Execution & Presentation
Execute demos of pre-release Wearables products (including technical setup and narration) for senior stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
Set up and maintain prototypes, presenting to various audiences and advocating for product design across Meta.
Provide onsite and remote support to create demo experiences for a wide audience.
Wearables Prototyping & Platform Development
Build and enhance wearables prototyping platforms in partnership with other engineers and technical teams.
Lead development of internal tools and documents (e.g., troubleshooting logs, playbooks, coding solutions) to simplify technical responsibilities.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to prototypes and supporting infrastructure quickly and effectively, minimizing disruption.
Lead resolution efforts requiring multi-functional support, collaborating with operational, engineering, and domain specialists.
Effectively troubleshoot technical issues in real time, including using terminal, scripts, and adb commands.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
Ramp up on new pre-release products as they transition to the Wearables team, interfacing with engineering and product teams.
Run technical trainings for the demo team on new products.
Capture and funnel feedback from demos back to product and design teams, providing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Project & Time Management
Manage own time to fulfill tasks efficiently, prioritize appropriately, and deliver to the required level of quality.
Balance strategic projects with day-to-day accountabilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 yeas of programming experience in one or more languages (C#, C/C++, Python, Java)

High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
