Responsible AI Specialist
Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team within the Global Data & AI Practice. AI is becoming more pervasive, more powerful, and more accessible. With these new opportunities come increased risks. Our Responsible AI strategy will enable us to embed responsibility into all of Accenture’s data and AI activities. We’re developing and deploying differentiated IP and Responsible AI solutions with our ecosystem partners. We’ll be engaging regulators to help shape the policy agenda, conducting pioneering research with academia and offer training and resources to our clients through the Responsible AI Academy. You are:
We’re looking to grow our Responsible AI team and if you have experience with development or deployment of AI models/ systems with a focus on implementing the Responsible AI principles, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Responsible AI professional, you’ll be experienced in ensuring that AI systems for a range of use cases across industries are developed, implemented, and maintained in a way that mitigates risks associated with AI, along with focus on information and data security. But you’ll also have at least a year’s experience looking at responsible aspects such as AI model Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Robustness, Soundness and Privacy – preferably gained in a client-facing or hands-on live environment.
You’ll bring diverse expertise in deploying and monitoring AI systems, machine learning model risk management, and applying regulatory requirements to frameworks and technical tools. You’ll be an outstanding technical specialist with the strong communication skills needed to liaise with your clients and your colleagues.
The work:
You’ll be a key player helping to deliver outstanding work for our Responsible AI clients. Some of the areas you’ll be working in include:
Provide and implement actionable recommendations for effective use of AI technologies to enhance customer experience, bring in operational efficiencies and mitigating AI related risks
Configuring, deploying and monitoring AI systems on cloud and on-premise environments
Focusing on range of industry use cases using AI systems while being able to identify and mitigate responsible AI dimensions like – bias, fairness, robustness, model security, data security etc.
Working with cyber and information security teams, considering internal and external obligations required for solutions focused on mitigating fraud and scams
Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI projects and their impact on the applicable business value and risks
Designing, developing, and deploying AI Operations tools and frameworks – MLOps, LLMOps and DevOps
Working with the functional teams to convert the business meaning of RAI laws, regulations and ethical standards to technical specifications and requirements
Contributing to the development of internal guidelines and best practices for responsible AI deployment and monitoring
Staying updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, evolving threats, and technological advancements in the space
Here’s What You Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields
Experience in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
Ability to work with complex datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.
Experience in implementing Responsible AI principles such as Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Sustainability, as well as data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in working on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on Data & AI technologies.
Knowledge of standard IT operations including MLOps, LLMOps and DevOps.
Familiarity with cloud deployment and monitoring functions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
Commitment to ethical AI development and continuous learning in the field.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Strong focus on courses or training in areas related to responsible AI, ethics in technology, or similar fields are beneficial.
Certifications in AI, machine learning, risk & compliance or data science.
Prior experience in projects focused on ethical AI or AI for social good.
Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with AI model interpretability and explainability tools.
Linguistic proficiency (to a reasonable business level) in a language other than English
