Key Responsibilities:
- As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Advanced proficiency in Splunk is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Java EE Development is recommended.
- Design & Build Enablement, Linux, PL/SQL (Programming Language), and Unix skills are suggested with Advanced proficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions using Splunk for data analysis and visualization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and functionality
- Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Conduct regular code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets
- On call support
- Production Ticket/Issue Triage
- Preparing RCA – Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
- Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue
- Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis
- Hands on experience with application support workload
- Write scripts to automate daily tasks
- Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs
- Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB
- Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes.
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with Splunk
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- Experience with Java EE Development is recommended
- Knowledge of data privacy laws
- Experience with privacy by design concepts

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
