During my education at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, I was contemplating my professional career.
I thought, “What would I need in order to really grow and thrive in my career as I prepare to navigate today’s exceedingly uncertain business climate?”
My checklist for the “perfect” workplace included:

Having spent more than three years at Accenture, I can say I’ve checked off all my boxes for career success—and more.

Instead of having to choose one path early on, I have had the chance to work on projects across a number of teams—from pricing strategy, sales acceleration and operational excellence to global supply chain strategy, venture capital and product management.
From an industry perspective, my work has spanned across consumer durables and fast-moving consumer goods, automobiles, textiles and steel.
I’ve been pushed to test my critical thinking abilities. I’ve acquired new tools and skills while experiencing how human ingenuity and cutting-edge technology come together to create real change.
