Job Description

Do you want to take your career to the next level?
Accenture Song is looking for Motion Designer!

Ideate, innovate, change the world, repeat. Be part of an elite team of talented people using design thinking to create experiences that win awards and make headlines.

Remember that in your career it is about what you want to do and what you want to become. It's about integrating skill, curiosity and remaining yourself in the whole process. At Accenture Song, the combination of your ideas and the latest technologies has a chance to result in fascinating solutions. If these goals reflect your ambitions, this is your chance to stand out and face our challenges in the best way.

What will you do:

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will become a core member of the Communications team. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and fellow Creatives. You will be responsible for ideating, animating and designing high-quality content, both 2D and 3D, for brands that don't settle for less.

Just as us, you are open to new possibilities, have a good sense of personal strength and purpose, and an appreciation for life. You love the craft, and you crave to express it. You're passionate about composition, timing and storytelling with a meticulous eye for detail, and you know where to go when short of ideas. You love films, draw comics, ride a longboard, or mess around with Metaverse, whatever—we want it all. An open mind that soaks up the culture and hypes about that "new thing" – that’s who we are after.

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we've highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Creating and designing both 2D and 3D content for advertising, presentation, social media, etc.

  • Contribute to brainstorms, concepts and production approaches.

  • Work closely with the Polish & international teams on exciting projects.

  • Inspire, create and sustain a culture of growth and relevance.

What do we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Motion Graphics Animation and agency experience.

  • Fluent spoken and written English & Polish.

  • Ability to make a visual connection to the project narrative.

  • Strong sense of typography, creating style frames, storyboarding, text, logo animation, and interactive illustrations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent visual communication skills.

  • Be able to pivot quickly to meet shifting priorities and requirements.

  • Excellent creative ideation and conceptualization.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to use motion to a narrative effect and understanding the future of interactive motion.

  • Excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud (AE, PR, AU, PS, AI).

  • A portfolio highlighting excellence and craft and versatility is required.

  • Working knowledge including Figma, Sketch.

What can we offer you:

  • Stable employment conditions based on an employment contract.

  • Private medical care, life insurance and employee share program.

  • Access to the MyBenefit platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card).

  • A wide training package (soft and technical training offer, access to the e-learning platform, possibility of co-financing courses and certification)

  • Participation in the implementation of projects on a global scale for the largest international companies from Fortune500 using the latest technological solutions and tools.
