Job Description
Accenture Song, recognized as the largest digital agency in the world for the sixth time in a row, is looking for a Product Design Manager for its team in Warsaw.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for creating new or developing existing digital products and you will lead the work of a team of junior, mid and senior designers who will be on your project team
We work with our clients directly and together with them we create a coherent value proposition - that's why you will conduct workshop sessions with them based on the design thinking methods
A large part of your work will involve design review with your project team, conducting workshops with the client, setup of usability tests, etc.
Your project will be most often run in scrum
The main stakeholders you will work with are Product Owners and senior stakeholders from the client's business and Tech Leads
You will also be a career advisor to a group of designers
Your responsibilities will also include project setup, team and scope management, creation of team quotes and a backlog
You will also work with other managers in the team in the new business area at the intersection of product design and customer experience strategy
You will manage the development of the Design Experience team together with other managers
Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
Fluent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics
High competences in the field of prototyping (Figma and Sketch as well as InVision and DMS have no secrets from you)
The ability to conduct workshops with the client using design thinking
Experience in the area of system design
Curiosities about the world - designers in our team, on average, change the project every few months and learn about new industries
High communication skills
Passion for good design
Min. 8 years of experience working as a UX / UI / Product / Interaction Designer
Experience in the area of DesignOps and managing a team of designers, creating a setup, plan and project valuation
