Product Design Manager

What do we expect from you?

• Fluent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics

• High competences in the field of prototyping (Figma and Sketch as well as InVision and DMS have no secrets from you)

• The ability to conduct workshops with the client using design thinking

• Experience in the area of system design

• Curiosities about the world - designers in our team, on average, change the project every few months and learn about new industries

• High communication skills

• Passion for good design

• Min. 8 years of experience working as a UX / UI / Product / Interaction Designer

• Experience in the area of DesignOps and managing a team of designers, creating a setup, plan and project valuation

• High communication skills
