Accenture Interactive is looking for a talented Senior Interaction Designer to join our team in Warsaw. What will you do:

  • As an Interaction Designer, you will have a chance to cater global clients and enrich your portfolio with international projects – our Warsaw team works with clients from four continents;

  • You will have a chance to work directly with clients and get the real understanding about their business needs and end customers;

  • You will join a design studio in Warsaw, but become a part of international design studio’s network – on many projects we collaborate with our design colleagues from outside of Poland;

  • End-to-end design of apps, eCommerce and web platforms – from creating mockups and concepts with the clients to prototyping in Sketch/Adobe XD and handing off design to developers (mobile, front-end and full-stack)

  • Design of information architecture and user flows

  • Delivering UI design and design assets, creation of asset libraries and design systems



Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

  • An Interaction Designer with experience of design of digital products – mobile apps, eCommerce or web platforms. We are neither looking for a UX theoretician/evangelist nor for a UI eye-candy creator – we are looking for a person who understands how people interact with digital services and can design those services accordingly. We make end-to-end digital products and look for somebody who can create wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, design assets etc.

  • An open-minded person eager to learn about users and business – we run a lot of meetings between designers and business stakeholders

  • A good communicator who can present her or his ideas to the team and to clients

  • 5+ years of experience as an Interaction, UX, UI or Product, preferably in IT company or software house

  • Ability to create prototypes in InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma

  • At least some experience with usability testing

  • BA/MA in Graphic Design or relevant field is a plus

  • Good communication skills    

  • Interaction design in Framer, Principle or other preferred tool is a great plus

  • Some experience in public speaking is a great plus

  • Being comfortable working in English on daily basis

  • You must love making design
