- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, customer service driven and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate findings
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required; additionally, German, French, Spanish or other European language would be a strong asset
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise-scale IWMS / technology solutions consulting
- Broad foundational knowledge of corporate real estate and facilities management functions, including portfolio management, transaction management, lease administration, facilities maintenance, workplace solutions, sustainability, and capital projects
- Solid experience in analyzing/optimizing business processes in the realm of real estate and facilities management
- Ability to function in a virtual global team environment and contribute to the timely delivery of multiple projects
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-perform in terms of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
- Working knowledge of data analytics and modeling, and data warehouse concepts, issues, practices, methodologies
- Experience developing client deliverables using multiple MS Office-based applications
- Degree or certification in Business / Finance / Real Estate (i.e. MBA, MCR, PMP, etc.)
- Team player; enjoys the intellectual stimulation of collaborating with colleagues around the world
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; easily establishes relationships
