Qualifications and Experience:
-
Master and/or Engineer Degree in HSE sciences (Tier-1 institutes)
-
MBA / PMP or other management certifications (preferred though not mandatory)
-
4-7 years of experience (consulting and technology) in any or in the mix of the following: Manufacturing including Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Tobacco, Apparel, Plastics and Rubbers, Metal, Machinery, Computers and Electronics, Furniture especially in the area of Assets & Production
-
Hands on experience in HSE performance assessment and optimization, HSE digital solutions, HSE regulatory framework, HSE Best Practices and Strategies
-
Hands on experience in Process Safety and Operational Risk Management including Critical Barrier Management
-
Experience in platforms such as Sphera, Enablon / eVision, Intelex, UL, SAP EHS
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Experience in development of HSE strategy and HSE Benchmarking for performance improvement plans
- Experience in Process Safety and Operational Risk Management including Critical Barrier Management
- Have good understanding of platforms such as Sphera, Enablon / eVision, Intelex, UL, SAP EHS
- Knowledge of Connected Worker Ecosystem - field worker management, digital work automation, mobility application etc.
- Hands on experience in Change Management and Stakeholders Management
- Knowledge of Behavioral Safety will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Proficient in English language
- Fluent German or French or Italian or Spanish will be a significant added advantage
