Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive robotics and business transformation projects across EMEA region
  • Identify and lead Process Re-engineering, Entitlement, Robotics and Innovation initiatives
  • Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
  • Collaborate with multiple functions within Operational Excellence and Innovation in driving industry certifications and Gen 4/Gen 5/Gen 6/Gen 7 agenda
  • Onsite @Client engagements as required
  • Lead global projects in Business Excellence
  • Participate and contribute to sales bids, especially towards proposing optimal solution design and noiseless transition / mobilization
  • Drive significant value proposition to ACN as well as to clients through strategic, industry relevant, large scale initiatives
  • Be a change agent and enable leadership to pursue path breaking themes / strategies
  • Be responsible for the Operations Maturity Framework for one/multiple deals or a towers/site
  • People manager/coach for a team
  • Act as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for their span 


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within Client and Accenture organizations together with strong written communication skills
  • Very good English skills (knowledge of other European language will be an asset)
  • Ability to travel within EMEA region
  • Operational Excellence working knowledge
  • Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
  • Good organizational & time management skills
  • Analytical approach / good problem solving skills
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent Excel / Word / PPT
  • Project Management skills / Involvement
  • Able to work un-supervised to drive positive results



  • Lean Six Sigma experience / qualification
  • RPA tools working knowledge
  • Technology acumen and experience with business applications
