HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY LOOKS LIKE?

·       You will be part of a team that will be in constant contact with teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

·       You will perform different tasks related to the recruitment of candidates.

·       You will work on automations and improvements for daily processes.

 

General Description

The Recruiting Analyst will be responsible for knowing the end to end of the team's processes and recruiting activities, ensuring that all processes comply with the SLAs and the expected quality, alerting immediately in case of detecting anomalies, issues and/or escalations by other teams, to solve them with improvement action plans.

You will participate in calls with local teams from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other countries in order to maintain a good working relationship through regular contacts, managing to understand the priorities and needs, translating them into actions for the team; also creating a collaborative environment and positioning towards innovation and process improvements.

 

Main tasks/responsibilities

- Responsible for daily operational recruiting tasks: interview scheduling, employment contract formatting, attend to shared mailboxes, hire process of new employees, candidate profile screening, career launch process, etc.

Requisitos

Required skills:

- Advanced German level (REQUIRED)

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced English level
- Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Very good organization and time management skills. Prioritize and plan daily work volumes
- Proactive attitude.

Desired skills:

- Good handling of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Experience in HR process management
