Therefore, we are now looking for a new talent to join our HR team in the role as HR PARTNER.

The HR PARTNER builds deep personalized relationships with business leaders, employees and proactively supports our people through their life, career, and project experiences.

Main responsibilities

  • work closely with my Practice Lead to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge as I coach my people 
  • work with my HR team to understand talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities
  • work closely with other HR stakeholders to understand how the demand for talent is evolving
  • proactively work with employees to ensure business critical employee information is up to date and accurate (using internal tools)
  • report chargeability and supply availability of markets and groups to Leadership
  • partner with the Service Delivery Lead, Talent Scouts, Talent Planning an Operations and local HR Partners to with the intention to work together to address the skills needed to deliver on all open demands

Requisitos

Desired profile

 

·       Proficient level in MS Excel’s formulas; data fluency and analytical skills

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Proactive and structured way of working, with eye to detail

·       Advanced or fluent / native proficiency in English

·       Experience in one of the following function areas: talent deployment and project staffing, recruiting, temporary workers management, business operations, PMO (project-management office) or similar.

·       Strong learning ability, interest to learn business context, business acumen, engagement and interest in working with Talent Management in a closely linked business-oriented role.

·       Ability to collaborate in virtual, cross-cultural corporate environment.

·       To be successful in the role you can remain confident under pressure and easily find your way in complex structure, applying problem solving skills.
