Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the discipline Advocation & Adoption Architect and Communication & Education Lead in the identification and development of change communication strategies to inform stakeholders, raise awareness, increase understanding, facilitate adoption and foster stakeholder management.

  • Supervise and collaborate on the work efforts of the discipline Operational Excellence role.

  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to optimize operations and realize value across the end-to-end TSC.  Collaborate with TSC stakeholders to drive best practices for a more effective and efficient enterprise.

  • Provide objective problem-solving in key challenge areas, offering strategies to realize lasting improvements.

  • Define value-add data analysis to enable meaningful business discussions that ultimately drive change linked to strategic priorities.  Work with TSC Discipline and/or People Analytics teams who will produce the data analysis in the design of reporting, analysis, defining stakeholders, education & adoption.

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity and flexibility to drive programs from understanding the strategic vision, translating that vision into specific initiatives, and activities for adoption and enablement.

  • Advocate for the adoption of global standard frameworks, center-led principles, processes, programs and governance to drive consistency across the enterprise

  • Understands end-to-end TSC challenges, collaborates across functional (i.e. TSC, HR, Finance) and organizational (i.e., Market, Market Unit) boundaries to connect the right parties to obtain the right solution, streamlining activities and eliminating duplication.

  • Acts as a voice for the Market/MU/Global Service HR Service Delivery to the TSC CoE disciplines as they develop the vision, drive innovation and value in each of these competencies to continuously evolve the function for best-in-class, leading solutions

  • Participate in UAT testing for enhancements and programs driven by the discipline.

Requisitos

Skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, program management and change management skills are assets in this position

  • Familiarity with end to end supply chain, processes (e.g., planning, demand entry, staffing) and tools (e.g., ATP, myScheduling, Supply/Demand Dashboard, MMX suite) is an asset in this position

  • Familiarity with HR Operating Model is an asset in this position

  • The work best suits an individual who thrives on dealing with complex business problems and can make recommendations to address identified issues

  • The Advocation & Adoption Lead should demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity and flexibility to create and drive programs from understanding the strategic vision, translating that vision into specific initiatives, and activities for implementation

  • The Advocation & Adoption Lead should orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure and leading all associated stakeholder management activities

  • The Advocation & Adoption Lead  should be experts in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
