Meet the People Engagement Team

The People Engagement is responsible for creating communications experiences that inform, inspire, engage, and entertain our people across Accenture to create an even greater sense of belonging and connection.

What does the job entail?

Working directly for the People Engagement global team lead, this position will be responsible for managing People Engagement planning and programs including financials, people engagement and priority leadership initiatives. In this role, you will also propel our team forward with the use of insights, tools, and AI to help us be our own best credential.

As the People Engagement Planning & Programs Lead, you will:

  • Work with Finance and team points of contact to manage and report out on our financial plan from budget mapping through delivery and actuals and any reduction activities.
  • Work with HR and team points of contact to manage our people infrastructure including recruiting, onboarding programs, talent and promotion process, communications strategy, team meetings, team rosters and distribution lists.
  • Organize leadership team meetings and agendas—taking the lead on priority initiatives as needed.
  • Champion technology, data, and AI enablement by working closely with our Intelligent Services Team and team points of contact to understand and drive adoption of the digital tools we need to work more efficiently and deliver programs with a strong return on investment.

Requisitos

Experience:

  • Education: 4-year college degree
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a sales or marketing environment with a focus on marketing and sales excellence. Experience in communicating complex information and driving adoption of large initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and experience working in English in your everyday.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in professional environment.
  • Appetite to learn so you can best represent our collective ‘voice’ and influence on our behalf.
  • Ability to take point and lead.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and troubleshoot to get in front of potential issues.
  • Support connectivity and relationship building across an integrated marketing and communications global team.
  • Simply the complex and help reduce work that does not deliver value.
  • Outstanding powerpoint and excel skills—desire to dig into Power BI dashboards and analytics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and oral communications skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in delivering work.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating with integrated teams.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing timelines.
  • Able to work effectively—and at speed—across functional and geographic groups.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
