Talent Supply Chain (TSC) Operational Excellence (Associate Manager)

The TSC Operational Excellence role in the TSC CoE supports the advocation, adoption, communication and educational activities of the discipline to unlock value and drive continuous improvements for all stakeholders across the end-to-end TSC of Accenture Advocation & Adoption support.

  • Collaborate with Advocation & Adoption Lead to provide expert analysis and recommendations to optimize operations and realize value across the end-to-end TSC.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive best practices for a more effective and efficient enterprise.

  • Provide objective problem-solving in key challenge areas, offering strategies to realize lasting improvements.

  • Define value-add data analysis to enable meaningful business discussions that ultimately drive change linked to strategic priorities.

  • Work with TSC Discipline and/or People Analytics teams who will produce the data analysis to design reporting, analysis, define stakeholders, education & adoption.

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity and flexibility to support programs from understanding the strategic vision, translating that vision into specific initiatives, and activities for adoption, communication, change management and education.

  • Solicit TSC stakeholders from across the enterprise for UAT testing.

  • Participate in UAT testing for enhancements and programs driven by the discipline.

Communication & Education support

  • Collaborate with Communication & Education Lead to identify change impacts and develop and execute change communication strategies to inform stakeholders, raise awareness, increase understanding, facilitate adoption and foster stakeholder management.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining content for various communication channels, including newsletters, tools, Accenture collaboration tools (e.g., Viva Engage).

  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts through metrics and feedback and suggest improvements as needed. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to gauge their perceptions and concerns regarding change and communication.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, within the ‘internal’ and ‘external’ teams delivering HR services in the Markets

  • Stay connected with other change practitioners and Talent & Organization (T& O) professionals such as - Offering Development to utilize the latest change methodology, e.g. agile change methodology


Skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, program management, communications, and change management experiences are assets in this position.

  • Advanced English.

  • Familiarity with Accenture’s own end to end supply chain, processes (e.g., planning, demand entry, staffing) and tools is an asset in this position. o Familiarity with Accenture’s HR Operating Model is an asset in this position.

  • Dealing with complex business problems and can make recommendations to address identified issues.

  • Comfortable working with product owners and solution architects to define use cases.

  • Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure and lead all associated stakeholder management activities.

  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment where priorities may change.

  • Comfortable working on a global team with team members in various time zones and market units
