The V&A Recruiting Integration Specialist will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for the V&A and Post Merger Integration teams managing acquisitions into Accenture globally. 

 

In addition to deep foundational knowledge of the subject matter, our core competencies are strategy, change management, stakeholder management, training and communications.  Our team is primarily focused on strategic work engaging with high-level executives but also provides support to the MU delivery teams establishing fit-for-purpose training, processes and reports during stabilization.  

This person is responsible for providing recruiting subject matter expertise supporting the assessment of the acquisition recruiting processWorking with the Recruiting Integration Lead from pre-close through stabilization post Go Live, this role will be supporting the successful integration of the recruiting workstream 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with the current state recruiting evaluation of new business deal 

  • Support integration recommendation regarding process, tools, resources, and timeline based on the business requirements, business case, and Accenture Recruiting processes, tools, and guidelines 

  • Use PowerPoint to build solution decks and operational playbooks 

  • Support the administration of off systems hiring, ensuring adequate support and guidance is provided to the acquisition alongside MU Recruiting Leads and teams. 

  • Support the creation of pre and post Go Live operational solution playbooks that will be used by the acquisition to ensure recruiting governance and compliance with Accenture policies. 

  • Work closely with MU Recruiting Leads to ensure current company guidelines are considered in transition plans considering the specific nuances of the new business deal 

  • Partner with MU Recruiting Leads to ensure current recruiting processes and tools are considered in transition plans considering the nuances of the acquisition 

  • Liaise with the Client Account HR Team, V&A and Post Merger Integration teams 

  • Attend PMI calls and provide updates  

  • Ensure recruiting items impacting process, system, and people issues are documented 

  • Facilitate handover from the integration team to steady state MU Recruiting team

Requisitos

  • A minimum of 2 years Recruiting experience  

  • A minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
