This role sits within Accenture HR and consists of team members that drive the development of new reporting and

analytical functionality for our HR stakeholders. The team is the operational engine of People Analytics in all matters

relative to solutions for reporting and analyses in a broad set of analytical tools, working in close partnership with

the Advisory teams and serving as the main liaison to CIO Technology and Applied Intelligence.

This role works closely with the EMEA Market/Services Advisors and is responsible for providing HR talent

analytics, modeling, and insights-driven information. Providing high-quality decision-making information and

business operations support to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. Includes quantitative data

analyses on key HR Performance indicators and interlock with other support organizations. Key deliverables

include PBI Dashboards, Scorecards, Management Packages, ad hoc analyses on various HR metrics, including

trend analyses, data visualization, highlights on the information, business insights and meeting materials. Working

on solutions and automation. Developing, maintaining, and refreshing Power BI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and refresh Power BI solutions. Including but not limited to Data - Extract, Transform,

Model, Load and Visualize.

· Work on regular deliverables and produce ad-hoc analyses.

· Gather, analyze, and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical

tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making.

· Prepare analyses based on visualizations in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI as well as the relevant data

quality checks.

· Provide high-quality input documents for meetings and business reviews.

· Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

· Contribute to training, education initiatives and corporate HR tools enhancement.

· Understand Accenture data privacy and HR data governance.

Additional responsibilities with time:

· Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment.

· Work with the assigned customer segment to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever

possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution. Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that

are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.

· Be proactive in analyses and play a bigger role in shaping discussions and bringing observations to the

customer team.

· Understand HR Metrics, acquiring know how of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings

relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the

products.

· Help the HR Function moving from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics.

· Lead on the path to Workday and PBI, seeking innovative solutions and championing the effort.

· Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry,

and analytical skills.

Requisitos

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Professional knowledge of Power BI and Power Query
  • Advanced functional knowledge and visualization skills in Power BI
  • Analytical and Interpretation skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset · Comfortable with systems and technologies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with stakeholders
