Marketing & Communications | E-mail Marketing & Automation Specialist 

The E-mail Marketing & Automation team advises teams across Marketing + Communications who are planning external e-mails on the most effective ways to structure programs for optimal impact; and executes the mailings flawlessly.

This role liaises with Accenture’s internal central execution team (Marketing Services) and M+C marketers to deliver seamless email campaigns and advises M+C marketers on email and automation best practices. Beyond their involvement in daily email execution orchestration, this role involves a key training component, as they are responsible for imparting their expertise to team members on the processes and tools involved.

This job requires a flexible, innovative team player with extensive e-mail marketing experience, solid communications skills, and the ability to establish rapport and trust with Accenture leaders and M+C teams. A heavy emphasis is placed on collaboration skills and the ability to successfully establish credibility in the role of advisor.

E-mail Marketing & Automation is part of the Content Delivery team, focused on managing the processes, tools, and platforms – and providing support and best practice strategies – that enable M+C to easily deliver content and messages to clients, recruits, and employees across our internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Advise and support Client, Careers, and Alumni marketing teams with email execution orchestration, end-to-end strategy, best practices, and automation.
  • Manage the New from Accenture subscription program's schedule, execution orchestration, and reporting and insights, working closely with M+C Campaign Management stakeholders.
  • Facilitate learning of email processes and best practices, design effective training material, and create engaging learning experiences for M+C marketers to improve the adoption of the channel, tools, and processes.
  • Manage the team’s Office Hours call by coordinating the agenda, maintaining the distribution list, and creating engaging and brand-compliant resources to accompany the agenda’s topics.
  • Support posting channel blog updates to keep M+C stakeholders informed of relevant news.
  • Support the planning, implementing, and roll-out of ad-hoc email automation, process improvement, and feature implementation projects as necessary.

    Requisitos

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent
    • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or e-mail marketing experience

                 

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of business and e-mail marketing experience, working in a complex organization.
    • Technology proficiency, including deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and virtual collaboration platforms (MS Teams)
    • Sound knowledge of using marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, etc. Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Workfront is not required but preferred.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills, including strong English skills for business (written and spoken).
    • Effectively present information using various media, including slides, videos, and interactive activities, to keep the audience engaged and facilitate understanding.
    • Understanding of Accenture’s areas of business and overall business strategy.
    • Understanding of strategic marketing and communications, especially in areas of specialization
    • Understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills.
    • Global perspective and understanding of the business marketplace.
    • Project management
    • Negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.
    • Able to provide sound solutions to Marketing & Communications executives.
    • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability and a keen desire to provide well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture’s business strategy.
    • Ability to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity, and suggest enhancements.
