The work:
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class service offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Analytics Tools & Reporting team, you will develop and enhance analytical models and reporting tools that provide insights on underlying trends and key drivers of the business.

Requisitos
You will:
- Improve the performance, functionality, and standardization of PowerBI models used for ME reporting.
- Manage and process data from Sales, Finance, and other functions to create dashboards that help managers and operations personnel make fact-based decisions.
- Resolve and troubleshoot Issues.
- Gather and document project requirements.
- gathering and documenting project needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of clear and concise requirements.
- Create analytical models and scorecards to help leaders understand key business trends and drivers that affect Sales Excellence initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality data output.
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- At least one year of experience doing analytics work, which may include:
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- - Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance, and related functions
- - Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate
- - SQL
- Experience with defining and using performance metrics.
- Curiosity, creativity, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment.
Extra credit if you have:
- Master’s degree in analytics or similar field
- Experience with Azure, Google Cloud
- Ability to prioritize workload.
