Leadership Recruiting Operations Associate Manager

The work:

  • Delivery - Enable and support Leadership Recruiting team globally to deliver the Leadership recruiting plan. Support with online (i.e. Workday) and offline process issues, helping resolve complex problems, investigating issues and escalating where necessary to overcome roadblocks with the process. You will track progress with issues, following up with relevant expert teams (such as legal, Workday scrum teams, policy teams, HR & Reward teams) to see the issue through to resolution. Support Recruiting Enablers & Leadership HRSS teams globally on building their capability and expertise in the leadership recruiting process and tools.
  • Operationalise new initiatives - the Leadership Recruiting Operations team partners across our ecosystem to identify improvement priorities. We design and realise recruiting solutions for our biggest challenges. You will contribute new ideas, help to identify and shape longer-term solutions that eliminate recurrence of issues and improve ways of working that help the Recruiters, Recruiting Enablers and enhance the MD candidate experience. You will tap into our network of experts and collaborate globally.
  • Drive Change - Support training, change management and enablement of our global leadership recruiting team. Enable our global leadership recruiting team on adhering to legal and policy obligations compliance through process and tools. Inspiring others through your passion for operational excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop capability in others - shared services delivery teams and Leadership recruiters.

You are excited by process excellence and finding new ways of working. You have experience of Recruiting or HR processes. You have a high level attention to detail, the ability to investigate, problem solve and evaluate impact of processes. You will be passionate about supporting the MD recruiting organization – Recruiters, Recruiting Leads and Recruiting Enablers in resolving problems and on delivering new initiatives that enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.

The Tools we manage

Leadership Recruiting’s core tools are Workday, Beamery and Sharepoint. We have our own global designs in both tools which we maintain and seek to optimize through improvements and greater adoption across the recruiting teams.


Here's what you’ll need: ​

  • Ideally have experience of Recruiting or HR processes
  • Experience of recruiting technology platforms (ideally Workday and/or Beamery) OR high-level of IT literacy using similar systems
  • Good communicator (verbal, written) in English and Spanish – comfortable to present and to articulate complex scenarios
  • Analyze issues to help solve problems, collaborate, and leverage our network to resolve challenges
  • Drive and resilience to work through ambiguous situations and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a virtual environment
  • Open minded approach with an appetite to learn
  • Flexible mindset to support our global team
