  • Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to business goals.
  • Apply guidelines and methodologies for the delivery of total rewards aligned to the marketplace.
  • Ensure programs are market relevant, competitive and affordable.
  • Advise on Rewards Management Functions including Compensation, Market Intelligence and Annual Planning.
  • Partner with MD Recruiting, consult and advise on the MD External Hire offer process.
  • Collaborate with the V&A HR team and support MD Compensation and Performance & Retention (P&R) processes for acquisitions.
  • Ensure Total Rewards programs meet requirements by country.
  • Design Market Intelligence processes, deliverables and related analysis.
  • Lead external benchmarking projects.
  • Monitor total rewards programs to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

Requisitos

  • At least 3 to 4 years of direct compensation experience and retention plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into insightful analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience (pivot and lookup). Other tools might be desirable.
