Business Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Relationship Management
·Partner and interact with CIO to facilitate the integration of data & analytics technology platforms
Overall accountability for delivery and evolution of data/analytical solution(s) and business operational reporting that addresses business problems/opportunities and drives cost efficiencies, process improvements, policy compliance and address business risks.
·Responsibilities will be split between:
- Oversight of your customers’ regular reporting solutions, including ensuring these still meet requirements.
- Taking on new data/analytical solution projects as they arise.
- Contribute to develop Data & Analytics and Reporting credentials through collaboration with stakeholders and CS&S organizations.
