Join Accenture Global Equity team with responsibilities related to administering our global equity compensation plans to 700K+ employees in 55+ countries. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and possess strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to financial and tax reporting out of Shareworks, data reconciliations, coordination with Finance, Tax, and Payroll Departments, work with internal/external audits on quarterly and year-end audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley testing. In addition, this person will manage the service delivery of Compensation and Comp Admin functions. Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization, and escalation across all teams, as well as support and communication compensation programs, policies, processes, and practices that deliver long-term HR strategy and support business goals.
