The SP&A Change Management specialist is expected to support project implementation by conducting and/or facilitating the necessary change management organization transformation training and performance support and leadership activities to ensure successful adoption of the change for our sponsoring organizations. It can also be used for stand-alone change enablement projects.
The scope would be diverse projects withing Corporate Services and Sustainability.
This role is expected to achieve to Plan the change: stakeholders impact analysis, design the communication strategy and the training strategy; Manage the change: deployment of the communication and training strategy; Reinforce the change: design and put in place actions to monitor adoption. Always in alignment with the project north star and roadmap.
The role also requires working autonomously, with strong collaboration skills and methodologies background, can do attitude, innovative spirit, and dynamism. Excellent communication, organization, confidence, and poise to interact and follow up on senior leadership are key components for this role.
Key accountabilities:
- Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams and develop content for regular business reviews
- Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions
- Create and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projects
- Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream owners
- Drive and produce program/project communications plans and materials, agenda and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed
- Collaborate with various teams to drive large scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices
Requisitos
Skillset:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Analytical focus
- Advance English
- Advance Project Management Skills
- Intermediate knowledge on Process Excellence methodologies
