The Global Product Owner Workplace Space Management Lead is responsible for supporting local Workplace teams in making the best use of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery when managing office space and consolidating requirements for the continued enhancement of the product.
- Plans, executes and manages deployment strategies for Accenture Places taking into account local nuances whilst driving compliance to global standards
- Consolidates feedback from Workplace MU and location leads and coordinates with CIO Business Architects to maintain an active backlog of user stories for the continued enhancement of Accenture Places
- Coordinates with other Global Workplace teams to understand their business processes and translates them into requirements for the continued development of Accenture Places into a full IWMS
- Works closely with CIO to identify and resolve any system-wide issues and escalate as needed to resolve
- Develop and nurture Accenture Places champions across Workplace and GES to support local teams
- Ensures that Accenture Places training documentation delivers necessary skills and support to local Workplace teams
- Works with M&C and Change management to develop effective adoption strategies and communications to support local teams circulate and socialize change awareness
Presents deployment statistics, adoption metrics, status updates and project risks to senior leadership.

Requisitos
- Experience with space management, reservation systems, visitor management, and Accenture practices and processes related to office management
- Familiarity with all aspects of office operations
- Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries and the ability to adapt accordingly
- Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in managing roll out of global tools
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven team management skills and growth mindset
- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
