Opportunity Overview
We are seeking talented finance professionals with deep subject matter expertise across all disciplines to help drive our next growth chapter. You will play a crucial role in high-impact and complex financial areas based on your skills and experience. You will work closely and collaboratively with other finance colleagues and business teams in providing strategic advice and guidance that support the growth of our business..
This role is for a project manager or change management expert to delivery projects working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver projects (business, process or technology) but also the understanding of the Finance Function to impactfully advise and consult.

Requisitos
Qualifications
o Education: Accounting, Finance degree or related field is preferred
o Ability to communicate effectively:
- With resources from different organizations, geographies.
- With resources from different levels (executive presence).
- English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
o Large experience in leading complex Finance processes or change programmes and in related Finance ‘practitioner’ roles.
Key Competencies
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Able to present innovative, original solutions which understand our business, and to act as a strategic thinker.
· Experience with research, drafting and presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships.
· Leadership, people development and/or management experience.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
· Proactive approach, willingness to embrace change and conversant with emerging technologies.
