In Accenture Operations, we are looking for an Analytics And Modeling Specialst.
The main responsabilities are:
• Report to the HR AI Advisory Lead for the assigned entity
• Serve as the primary relationship manager to the executive HR stakeholders (and possibly non-HR) within the assigned area(s), up to and including Accenture Leadership.
• Work collaboratively with customers to fully understand their requirements and translate those requirements into actions for the team.
• Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.
• Focus on driving day-to-day delivery of assigned deliverables while maintaining a focus on strategic longer-term priorities and journey management.
