Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep-industry knowledge. Contribute as a core team member driving end-to end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.
The work is project based which provides diversity in the type of work that is done. This role also provides opportunity to gain exposure to top leadership through relationships that are formed during projects.
The storytelling team is part of a broader team called Data Analytics and Storytelling which is doing some of the most innovative predicative modeling and reporting in the firm. The team includes resources with skills as data scientists, data experts, and graphic designers. The team collaborates together of many other projects as well.
📌 RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute web development projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Liaise with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Requisitos
📌 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- English language advanced
📌 TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced experience with React and TypeScript, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Strong backend knowledge with Node.js and Express, including experience with RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and the ability to make key architectural decisions.
- Experience integrating with external APIs and third-party services.
- Experience with implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Knowledge deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Docker for containerization and orchestration.
- Understanding of database design and management, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
