Join Total Rewards team for NA region to provide support to the HR and Leadership teams across all business entities in compensation specific activities including but not limited to – V&A, Market Intelligence, Rewards Planning and Compensation Administration
What you will do:
- Supporting key compensation processes including cyclical salary administration and promotions, off-cycle compensation adjustments, planning and budgeting, salary ranges, ventures and acquisitions, etc
- Creating clear and concise Excel and PowerPoint analysis and presentations
- Supporting process improvement initiatives that increase efficiencies and quality of deliverables
- Owning and taking full accountability of end-to-end deliverables
- Supporting the Compensation Lead across all deliverables
Requisitos
What you will need:
- Advanced Excel skills and great command of PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, with ability to take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to the deadline
- Strong communication skills (both verbal/written) – should be fluent in English
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Enjoy being part of team, collaborate and partner with others
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years overall
- 2 years of previous experience either in HR/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
