The Corporate Services and Sustainability Argentina SP&A Operations & Process Architect Specialist is expected to provide support on process excellence and on diverse project from the main Functions. The role’s primary scope is Corporate Services and Sustainability LATAM.
From Process Excellence perspective, this role is expected to drive overall quality, continuous/ breakthrough improvement, and analytics initiative through implementation of best-in-class industry standards and methodologies such as Design Thinking, Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, FORM, Process Mapping and Analytics.
The role requires working closely with the Corporate Services and Sustainability Argentina Functions to understand their business goals and enable & advise on dynamic process excellence strategies to achieve the same. Also, should be able to foster & drive innovation as a culture and help show visible impact on the business outcomes.
From PMO perspective, is expected to achieve program/project goals by developing and executing project management activities. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope, and requirements from implementation to deployment.
The role also requires working autonomously, with strong collaboration skills and methodologies background, can do attitude, innovative spirit, dynamism are key components for this role. To have an excellent communication, organization, confidence, and poise to interact and follow up on senior leadership, can do attitude are key components for this role.
