The role is focused on the execution of West business operations. The Business Operations Manager reports to the West Business Operations Lead that provides direct support to West DOO.  The role is responsible for working with the Bus Ops Lead and Support team in Argentina focusing on execution of market unit business strategy/priorities and to drive operational excellence across the MU.

Someone who can work autonomously and collaboratively with various business leads & teams, with operations management background including project management. Someone that can interact with senior leadership, understand their vision, priorities and translate into an actionable plan. In this role, key responsibilities will include:

  • Strong PM (Scheduling, following up, prep agenda, confirm attendance and clear action Work closely with leadership and deliver value through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement.
  • Business Process Design and Improvement: analyze procedures and processes to identify areas that can improve or redesigned.
  • Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
  • Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Some latitude in decision-making in involved
  • Responsible for urgent ad-hoc requests of information/insights.
  • Manage and coordinate communication with leadership and teams to ensure initiatives meet planned goal.
  • Be the connection point and manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals across other corporate functions e.g. finance, HR and the business to develop solutions
  • Reporting and Analytics defines, develops, and delivers business metrics and reporting to help track the health of the business. Provides analytics support to enable informed business operations decisions.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes
  • Manage business operations related risks and mitigation
  • May support organization transformation and communication efforts as needed
  • May be responsible for key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams

  • Reporting and presentations for leads

  • Work experience in business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market.

  • Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail


Requisitos

Skills and Experience:

  • Program management experience or knowledge.
  • Design skills on Power Point.
  • Independent with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
  • Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Detail oriented and organized, but able to switch to strategic thinking as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
  • Design thinking skills (nice to have)
