Job Description
You’ll be primarily responsible for driving and coordinating support the different compensation processes. You’ll apply compensation knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive the total rewards initiatives successfully, with an additional focus in automation and analytics and keeping an open mind to create process improvement efforts.
What you will do:
Participate in Compensation processes especially but not limited to HR Legal review for Comp Admin processes, Actual Wage Table, GCP Pay compliance.
Solve challenging problems with data & analytics, pushing for automation to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Partner with Local NA Comp team and TR CoE building trusting relations that ensure compensation processes are executed according with the Total Rewards policies.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required
Requisitos
What you will need:
A taste for numbers and a developed analytical sense
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to communicate well in person and over email
Flexible; ability to adapt to different situations rapidly and shifts in direction
Your English level is fluent, when speaking and writing
You are methodic, organized and you enjoy building project plans to ensure time is used wisely and priorities are always accounted for
Ability to handle confidential situations with integrity
Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and produce high quality work on a varied number of projects, adhering to a deadline
