The P-Card Administrator administers the Procurement Card (P-Card) Program and oversees card program activities. The P-Card Administrator establishes, documents, and manages policy, procedures, and communications to ensure organizational standards and proactively monitors card program spending for compliance. The P-Card Administrator serves as the primary interface between Business and the card program vendor regarding card programs, emerging technology and program changes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Leads on defining the adequate Strategy for the P-Card Program regarding Communication, Risk Management & Key KPIs produced for business decisions.

  • Support implementation of best practices and quality control.

  • Define metrics and reporting processes, track and analyze P-Card program statistics, identify trends, and make recommendations for program enhancements

  • Administer card program activities, including card issuance and closure, user setup and maintenance, and issue resolution as well as issuance and enforce risk controls

  • Oversee internal control compliance

  • Complete a program risk assessment on a regular basis

  • Oversee and initiate timely processing of monthly transactions

  • Develop communications and maintain connected with the Business to give information that help cardholders manage their accounts effectively

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of ongoing improvements to card programs



Requisitos

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Economics – Financial – Management - Legal – etc.)

  • Experience in Customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to prepare management reports and associated metrics

  • Experience in Demonstrating ability to analyze problems logically and make rational data driven decisions

  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to understand and monitor trends and be able to present to upper management

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills - Upper Intermediate English Level (Reading - Listening – Written & Oral)
