The Human Performance Manager will be responsible for driving and developing change management activities across multi-faceted programs. This person should be comfortable with high-profile programs and exposure to Accenture Leadership.
This role will be responsible for providing operational journey and change management expertise focused on communications, training, project management and execution required for complex change programs and strategy. The Change Management Lead is a ‘doer’ with a flair for understanding Accenture’s business, internal processes and teams, and proven project execution experience leading change programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder, generally Geographic Services Business Functions Leads, insights with their teams/projects leads to set direction for defining components of change strategy and coordination of change activities in line with the integrated workstreams.
Define the overall journey and change strategy, related governance and change adoption approach.
Partner with customer/business function leads and leadership to manage and track overall change journey, including business readiness across impacted audiences
Use proven change methodology – Modern Change Framework – and experience in global programs, to implement a change management approach and program which may be jointly developed across initiatives
Manage the facilitation of the user adoption
Work with teams leads/leadership to prepare additional stakeholders for behavioral change
Manage and drive communications strategy and planning for internal and external activities by coordinating with the internal and external Marketing + Communications teams
Requisitos
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
Experience managing large, complex change programs
Proven expertise in designing and developing communications and training solutions
Proven expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Can demonstrate understanding of change management trends within Accenture
Ability to assess end user requirements and identify behavioral impacts to efficiently address change solutions
Ability to work effectively with team members in a global, virtual environment
Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff
Strong project / program management skills
First-hand experience working with Design thinking and FORM concepts is an advantage
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 6 years project / program management experience or equivalent
Minimum 5 years change management experience or equivalent
Language: Advanced English
Certifications:
Good to have:
FORM Certification/Knowledge
Design Thinking Certification/ Knowledge
Change Management Certification, or
PMP or similar certifications
