Sales & Pricing Performance - Visual Designer - Associate Manager

Job Summary:  

Collaborating with the Strategic Design Director, responsible for visual design for all service areas within S&PP. As part of this, work on various transformational and strategic projects within multidisciplinary teams to create ideal solutions for users. Champion new ways of working and bring creative and strategic thinking. Be comfortable working in a start-up environment, have the ability and desire to work autonomously, proactively spotting opportunities and bringing ideas to the table.

Primary responsibilities include:  

• Distill complex subject matter into simple and elegant visual design solutions and user experiences for a range of target users and platforms.
• Showcase the value of design it all its formats, be the voice that represents the power of design and the value of applying human-centered design thinking mindset.
• Develop an interim design system to include style guides, templates, for S&PP and each of its service areas, collaborate with and educate service leads on best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers and strategist on creative outputs and campaigns that drive adoption of S&PP Services.
• Drive visual design quality and consistency on all outputs. Create offerings and experiences that balance business goals and user needs.
• Lead visual design efforts for two key areas i.e. transformation & strategic initiatives.
• Deeply understand all areas of design, visual communication and related areas.
• Own visual design craft and capability output across key projects, ensuring each project result is of the highest quality.
• Work with agility within a remote, global team.
