Accenture Technology Center Business Operatios Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply review - Manual review of Accenture Technology Center (ATC) supply allocation agreements. These agreements are reported in non-standard emails. The volume of daily emails is 100 mails approx.  Analysis of discrepancies with MyS and claim of the update in MyS to HR.
• PMO Project Maintenance - Find out data (WBS, responsible, contract); Creation of a project in OBS; Manage a Workpackage with client manager for contract audits (Accenture's mandatory process for working with an ATC); Document extensions for contract audits
• Renewals - Pursue renewals of new ATC hires. Especially people who are marked as PMOs (i.e. those people distributed in T&M mode and who do not have direct supervision by anyone from the ATC).
• Subcontractors - Review and update subcontractors assignmets in staffer (internal ATC tool for managed the ATC roster)
• Asset - Maintenance of SpainATC.Operaciones Mailbox.
• Absentee review – Close to CHG forecast, the real situation of people on leave is reviewed.
• S/D reports - S/D reports on Weekly basis.
• User Support - User support about HR issues (skill chance, LT..) and ATC Processes (OBS, Staffer…).

Job Qualifications:                      

• Strong program management and operational skills and experience
• Good understanding of Accenture Technology Center and HR processes
• Spanish speaker

Other requirements:

• Flexibility to have calls with people in UTC+1 zone.
