Job Description

Global People Analytics is a global team responsible for providing HR Analytics, reporting, and insights-driven consultative services to senior HR stakeholders in every segment of Accenture’s business. Within Global People Analytics the Advisory & Insights team serves as a single advisory point of contact for our stakeholders in all matters relative to reporting, metrics, and analytics.

The role will serve as the primary Advisory and insights Lead to Learning and Leadership Development area, being responsible to provide meaningful, and relevant analytics and insights to leaders, supporting critical talent decision making every day.

Main responsibilities:

  • Advisory support Management reporting, HR Metrics analysis and deep dive, adhoc analysis for decision making/leadership meetings/support special projects. Includes monthly/quarterly Executive packs with a consolidated view of key HR metrics for the designated HR area.
  • Work with the designated HR Area to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution. Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.
  • Integrated Analytics & Insights Advisory, including customized and adhoc data analysis to Deep dive in specific topics or to Support special projects. I.e Joiners Training Analysis including current state, trend analysis, hot spot analysis indicating key contributors to training spikes.
  • Advanced Analytics (Connect and collaborate with the advanced analytics team) including Text Analytics, Predictive modeling and Scenario Modeling. I,e The Gender Modeling tool, to support achievement of short term and long term gender Mix goals by predicting future results based on current and historical results as well as customized scenario modeling to suggest actions required to achieve goals. Another example is the Proactive Retention Indicator, identifying employees at risk of leaving, based on Machine Learning techniques, made available to business leads through self-service reports and dashboards.
  • Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment, and work in partnership with senior HR leader(s) and other teams to understand and address business issues and challenges that may be presented. 
  • Be a subject matter expert of the HR area and reporting and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the products.
  • Lead initiatives with innovative mindset to re-engineer and improve existing processes and streamline/optimize deliverables.
  • Champion the Global People Analytics Team strategy and agenda with respect to the digital HR reporting journey.
  • Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy and analytical skills.
  • Directly manage or indirectly coordinate the work of other team members (typically small to medium sized team).
  • Lead projects and initiatives and manage daily operations of the team with minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts.
  • Partner to define HR´s reporting strategy in alignment with Strategic talent priorities.
  • Champion the drive across HR to build data fluency and digital tool enablement.

Interaction: People Analytics advisors and Product Owner for Talent, Delivery analytics & modeling, Talent Scrum Master, Business Architects and Talent stakeholders.



Requisitos

Job Qualifications

Must have: 3-5 years of relevant experience at a mid/senior level.

  • Proven experience in similar roles

  • Advanced communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel & Analytical skills
  • PowerPoint and Project Management skills
  • Talent Management
  • Ability to work cross-culturally
  • Experience with creating Executive presentations            
  • Agile, able to adjust priorities in a rapid paced environment

Good to have: Experience with/exposure to HR systems and data, preferably within Accenture. Experience with Python, R, advanced statistical analysis.
