P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible of maximize business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across the portfolios and accounts focus on push Growth, Sustained Profitability and Cash-flow health. Be primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Manage risk across client portfolio & accounts. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset.

Requisitos

You will be part of the Performance and Advisory- Account and Portfolio Performance tower leading the EAC Changes Team. Responsible for driving the financial side of the EAC Changes process, partnering with the Quality & Risk organization to support Markets, Services, Client and Corporate Leadership in the confirmation and analysis flows. We partner with the rest of the A&PP to drive business advisory and mitigate financial impacts from negative and maximize positive EAC Changes

You will -

Lead the EAC Changes Team inside P&A – A&PP

Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted business advisor. Proactively maximize our Finance advisory role partnering with business to drive vale through actionable solutions based in an impactful Storytelling

Responsible for running the monthly Market EAC change confirmation process in collaboration with Quality and Finance Leadership.

Anticipation and focus on predictability based on actuals analysis with high integration and collaboration with A&PP Market Lead, Market CFO and Deputy and Corporate Finance Leadership.

Supervise existing EAC Changes Growth Markets team, working closely with Quality, CFM and CGFL's during the process to ensure timely and accurate submissions, guaranteeing data integrity and IC compliance.

Review and analyze monthly financial impacts and understand variances to expectations, including identification of issues that require further action and provide solutions.

Prepares and presents Overall Accenture, Market/MU and Services views status, highlights, and trend analysis

Identify and drive to execute continuous improvement opportunities

Support Finance leadership with monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis

As part of the A&PP Leadership you will

  • Lead the EAC Changes Team
  • Have exposure to Finance and Quality top Leadership
  • Be ambassador of P&A culture and strategy. Change agent example with innovation at the DNA core, maximizing the power of P&A and the Data Analytics and Storytelling team power
  • Actively contribute to our P&A community
