Campaign Operations & Strategic Initiatives Project Manager Job Description – CL10 Senior Analyst

The Campaign Operations & Strategic Initiatives Marketing & Communications (M+C) Project Manager (PM) is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven campaign operations project management professional. The PM will play a key role in helping organize and streamline the Campaign Management internal processes and practices, ensuring alignment to end-to-end process marketing campaign delivery practice within the Delivery Excellence group at Accenture.

The PM is the central point of contact for the Campaign Management team, ensuring collaboration and sharing of best practices across teams. This role will require you to leverage your PM skills for task management, issue/risk resolution, tracking status, communications and coordinating resources.

You will keep internal operations and strategic initiative projects running smoothly day-to-day, working with the Campaign Management team members to track and help standardize processes that facilitate the correct Campaign Management execution. The PM may be assigned special duties by the Operations & Strategic Initiatives Manager and may be given other special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established PM and marketing processes; leverage existing tools and templates

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating process/templates updates

  • Central coordinator for project team members executing tasks

  • Tracks tasks against the initiative’s project plan to ensure deliverables are received on time 

  • Captures, mitigates or escalates issues affecting project plan to Operations & Strategic Initiatives Manager

  • Record keeper and communicator of meetings, decisions, action items, stores project materials

  • Responsible for maintaining process documentation updated in central repository

  • Assists with maintenance of distribution lists and accesses

  • May have growth assignments such as assisting other teams or process improvement

Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, project management qualifications a plus

  • 1-4 years project manager/coordinator and some marketing experience


Experience and Skills:

  • Exposure to various project methodologies: traditional, Agile, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications is a must

  • Results driven, detail oriented and well organized, excellent follow-up

  • Efficient meeting management

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships

  • Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team

  • Proficient with MS Office tools

  • Experience with project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, Workspace is a plus
