HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
· Participate in large global programs which help telecommunications and media clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.
· Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects, such as digitalization of customer operations, Cloud Native network transformation, 5G convergence or technical ecosystem strategy.
Requisitos
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Key Competencies and skills:
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Degree of Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business requirements and implications.
- Ability to work independently with clients and present solutions professionally.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
Industry Experience (mandatory)
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience of working directly or with consulting or service providers in the Telecom, Media and Technology industries.
Consulting Experience (preferred, not required)
- Experience in a client-facing business or functional consulting role.
- Project Management skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile framework (Scrum or SAFE) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira or similar platforms are a plus.
