Total Rewards Manager

 

This person will manage service delivery of Compensation and Comp Admin functions. Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams. This person will support business and HR leadership in the execution of talent strategies. Design, build and communicate compensations programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals. Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.

• Demonstrate skill with quantitative analytics

Requisitos

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Experience directly related to compensation/rewards

• Knowledge of Rewards Strategy Development & experience

• Proven ability of Data Analytics and Interpretation

• Individual needs to be an expert in excel-able to easily do formulas, macro knowledge a plus

• Strong social/interpersonal skills required

• Ability to confidently convey complex data analytics in an easily understandable manner

• Mastery of Microsoft office applications in order to support our analyses

• Proven history of data analytics and strong interpersonal skills

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum of 7 years Human Resources functional experience

- Advanced Rewards Strategy Development & experience

- Past experience directly related to compensation/rewards

- Advanced Excel

- Advanced PowerPoint

- Advanced level of English

 

 

Professional Skills:

- Needs strong presentation skills as conversations with leadership will be regular

- Communication/interpersonal skills

- Analytical skills and interpretation

- Strategic thinking needed for coming up with solutioning

- Strong influencing and relationship management skills

- Conflict management and negotiation skills
